Job Summary
As a IT Support and IT Help Desk Technician in Charleston, South Carolina, you will join a talented cloud computing firm experiencing exponential growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Server, desktop, printer, and laptop diagnose and troubleshooting of hardware and OS
• Resolve support request tickets in timely manner and update in ticketing system
• Back office applications and networked systems
• Troubleshoot and support network Ethernet connected devices
• Maintain customer IT equipment inventory records

Qualifications and Skills

• CompTIA Security + certification required
• Minimum of 3 years supporting information technology
• Associates Degree in Computers or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft SSCM, Virtual Desktop, Active Directory
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and legacy operating systems
• Experience with Cisco 4000 series switches, VLANs, VPNs, and Cisco Access Points
• Ability to work independent of instruction in solo or team environment
• Technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with HBSS a plus
• Prior Military Service a significant plus
• Military IT experience a plus
• PII knowledge a plus

Clearance
Possess or ability to obtain security clearance
Must be a US Citizen
