LR010 DevSecOps Administrator II

DevSecOps Administrator II, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate, under adequate supervision, installs and administers network security solutions, performs vulnerability and penetration tests, identifies and secures organizational software and systems against threats, and develops and implements disaster recovery plans. Consults with employees, managers, and executives about the best software security practices and renders technical advice as required. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the dexterity to communicate information effectively to both professional and non-professional audiences. Monitors network traffic for suspicious behavior. Creates network security policies, multi-layer authorization infrastructure, and defense against unauthorized access. Assess existing security infrastructures and deploy enhancement features as required. Prescribe technical security policies and compare notes with development teams on restorations and remedy. Create, execute, and support software security service providers environments such as Saas, Paas, MBsaas, etc. Knowledgeable about malware and antivirus detection and prevention tools, Web application firewall, and other constant, dynamic, and interactive security assessment solutions. May have 2-5 years of professional experience within the field of DevSecOps security engineering and/or DevSecOps administration. May have a degree in a technical course such as Cyber security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and/or industry standard certifications offered by Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), etc. Capable of using multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C+++, Perl, Ruby, PHP, NET, Powershell, CGI, SQL, React JS, Node JS, etc. Experienced in using one or more DevOps management tools and technologies, including Codacy, JIRA, SonarQube, Jenkins, Acunetix, Puppet, GitLab, etc. Proficient in using commercial cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, Google cloud, Amazon web services, etc. Capable of using open source tools such as Ansible Tower, Sonatype , Apigee, SCCM, Twistlock, etc. Works under the direction, supervision, and guidance of the Senior DevSecOps Administrator.
