DevSecOps Consultant I, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate, under adequate supervision, is required to promote and enforce new security tools and systems based on information security policies. Assess and advise best security tooling execution. Propose and help organizations deploy software security enhancements. Manage and control development environment for engineering teams. Advise and advocate remediation for application advancement and to smoothen the workflow of development teams. Renders advise and provides assistance on the best way to execute and implement technical policies to effectively promote physical, network, and system security. Advise, assist, and maintain large commercial software installations. Firm skill in conversing and communicating in understandable and relatable manner, a strong written and verbal skills, as well as, interpersonal skills. Required to drive, inspire and motivate project teams for effectiveness as well as efficiency. Capable of working in a fast-growing, fast-paced DevSecOps customer response center, acting in response to and classifying current issues and advising an effective course of action. May have 2-5 years of experience in related fields and a minimum of a commendable professional experience in one or more of the following: Data processing, Data analytics, Data Science, software programming, Cyber security, or any other related fields. May have a degree in one or more of the following: computer science, engineering, mathematics, computer programming, information technology, etc. and/or certifications issued by Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, etc. Proficient in computer scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, PHP, NET, Perl, Ruby, etc. Have an up-to-date experience with one or more DevOps tools and methodologies, including JIRA, Jenkins, Puppet, etc. Have an expansive experience with Kubernetes, Apache Mesos, Docker Swarm, or other orchestration offerings. Works under the direction, supervision and guidance of the Senior DevSecOps Consultant.
