Senior DevSecOps Consultant, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate offers expertise in creating long-term approaches that can assist in recognizing, understanding, and avoiding organizational systems security breaches and data theft. Develops Zero Trust architecture for micro-segmentation.  Implements Zero-Trust controls and policy around sensitive network traffic.  Monitors microservice network traffic for malicious activity. Carry-out technical planning, risk assessments, authentication, and system integration on computer security products and IT systems. Advises on systems hardening for security compliance. Conducts security audits and computer logs to recover and boost endpoint security measures. Report the nature of the system weaknesses and vulnerabilities to clients and suggest remediation steps. Evaluates client environment and create configurations and compliance measures to enhances system security. Offers help to organizational personnel by assisting and advising on the most effective security and configuration practices and provide defense and security solutions that meet their needs. Keep abreast of the most recent technological trends in the DevSecOps field. Capable of explaining technical issues to technical and non-technical listeners and able to communicate clearly with clients, presenting technical information in clear terms. May have 11 or more years of experience in this field, with at least one year of professional experience in an IT or security operations environment. May have a bachelor’s degree in Cyber security, Computer engineering, Computer science, Information Technology; and/or certifications offered by Microsoft, CompTia, etc. Experienced in using some of the following programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, C++, and so on. Demonstrate proficiency working on Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, Unix and/or cloud systems. Has a good understanding of one or more programs such as Zero-Trust, Puppet, Chef, ThreatModeler, Checkmarx, Aqua, etc. Coordinates all the activities of the DevSecOps I, II, and III and in turn sends all reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
