Senior DevSecOps Terraform Engineer, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate is responsible for delivering systems integration projects for monitoring, alerting, logging, scaling, and securing the cloud environments. Coordinates the creation, implementation and maintenance of Terraform and other related automation tools and scripts on behalf of the organization. Assists in resolving systems-level problems faced during productions or during releases and plays a key role in improving the DevOps feedback cycle using production incidents to drive better automation, documentation, and monitoring in order to minimize drag on staff efficiency. Teams-up with other relevant units of the organization to secure environment access by maintaining certificates, keys, and user and group security configuration. May have more than 11 years of experience in this field, with at least one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in an IT or security operations environment in one or a combination of the following: cybersecurity, computer science, information security, engineering, information technology, and any other specialized area related to the information security field. Vast knowledge in utilizing Linux/Ubuntu operating systems; IAC toolset such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or AWS-CDK; computer programming languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, Groovy, Perl, and/or PowerShell; continuous integrated tools such as Bamboo, TravisCl, CircleCl, TeamCity, and/or Concourse; cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or Rackspace; and automated Configuration Management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and/or Salt. Boasts solid networking and security background in routing, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, Route53, IP4 and IP6, VPN, SSH protocols and keys, and tunneling. Supports the technical teams by providing high quality documentation and operations SOPs for new or existing system artefacts used for sharing skills and promoting better planning. Able to keep up with industry best practices, trends, and standards related to environment security, networking, automation, and maintenance tooling. Have relevant security certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security, AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Alliance (CCSK), ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), CCNA Cloud, CCNP Cloud, and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
