Regulatory Compliance Auditor III, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate coordinates audit activities and scheduling with external auditors. Track, collect and prepare audit responses as well as corrective actions. Prepare external audit response and follow-up supporting documentation and pro-active corrective action status reports to clients. The Regulatory Compliance Auditor communicate effectively across all levels within the organization on a wide variety of topics. Conduct internal or external review of software program to check its quality, progress or adherence to plans, standards and regulations. Examines not only compliance but also software utilization. Monitor adherence to company policies and applicable regulations and provide leadership regarding quality interpretation of regulatory requirements. The Regulatory compliance Auditor is responsible for assisting in the implementation and oversight of the compliance program across all departments. Coordinate and/or oversee SOP management process, including SOP/WI list maintenance and tracking, training, version control, and bi-annual revision schedule. Work with senior regulatory compliance auditor and compliance committee to ensure compliance adherence in the company. Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor degree in Computer science, computer engineering and any other related field. With a 9+ years working experience as a compliance auditor or any related field. Extensive knowledge of regulations and standards requirements related to vendor qualification, audit, and oversight. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and volume. Ability to create spreadsheets and charts to run reports. Good to have prior experience with software development a plus. Excellent presentation skills in small and large group environments. Strong ability to establish direction and to motivate, and inspire team members. Must be highly skilled in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to understand, interpret and train management and staff on industry regulations. Compile company compliance status reports for review by Senior Management.
