Senior Machine Learning Consultant, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate is responsible for leading and supervising the development of a Machine Learning project from scratch to the end to meet clients’ needs. Understand users’ business needs, and gather data, explore the data, develop and validate predictive models and prototypes. Carry out proper validation of models to meet the required standards. Work with users to analyze and understand their needs and help them solve their most critical challenges with the use of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies. Create predictive analytic models and machine learning models for different industries to solve a variety of complex issues. Work in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and UI developers to develop solutions to analytical and technical business problems. Assist deep learning developers in identifying model drifts and how to retain and utilize existing models. Lead the research towards discovering new Machine Learning approaches and encourage the implementation. May have a degree or certification in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related disciplines; with 11 or more years of relevant experience in Machine Learning algorithms development. Offer support for end users of machine learning technologies in a bid to enhance user experience. May have publications in recognized Machine Learning and Data Mining research projects in an effort to contribute to the knowledge base in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Development training materials for lower level machine learning developers, machine learning scientists, and machine learning consultants; and capable of transferring knowledge to all groups of end-users, both technical and non-technical. Capable of working under significant pressure and in an ever-changing technical work environment. Possess strong problem-solving skills. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working with little or no supervision.
