Application Software Developer II, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate creates new software applications and updates and/or modifies already existing ones. Analyze information so that the installation of new systems can be planned and adequately implemented. Works with customers to process their needs and create unique software for different kinds of computer programs. Work with other computer specialists to make an analysis of various data to figure out the specifications of the applications and all that is required for its design. Works with the Software developing team to carefully structure different application models records all the procedures for future references, and afterward codes the application. Conduct a set of comprehensive checks and review with the engineering staff to ensure that the user operates with no glitch and with optimum performance. Ensures that defects found and instantly corrected, and tests are carried out again. Develops manuals that show how new applications and their codes have been developed and how they can be used. Work with the task of troubleshooting and updating already existing programs to improve efficiency. Track the entire life cycle of a software application that includes designing, coding, and reviewing it both for its features and its errors. Ensure that the designed applications meet every performance and safety requirements. May have 6-10 years of experience in this field, with at least one year of satisfactory experience in application and software development. May have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in related programs like computer engineering. Proficient knowledge of one or more computer programming languages is required. Have proper mathematical and problem-solving skills. Enthusiastic enough to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Familiar with a variety of computer operating systems such as Unix, Linux, and Windows. Works with the team under the Senior Application Software Developer’s supervision.
