Collaborate with software developers or engineers to select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components. Monitor quantum system operation to detect potential problems and perform systems management and integration functions. Identify system hardware, or software components required to meet user needs. Quantum Computing Architect III may have a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Quantum Computing, Computer Engineering, Quantum Engineering, Computer science, or any other related field. Have experience developing both hardware and software tools for quantum computing and may have 11 or more years of working experience in a related field. Proficient in using quantum programming languages and technologies such as Q#, LIQUI, QISKit, Forest, Qiskit Terra, Cirq, Pyquirl, Quitip, ProjectQ, and so on. Report to the Senior Quantum Computing Architect.
