DevSecOps Leader III, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate ensures the proper implementation of built-in security features into software systems right from the early stage to the final stage of software development. Develop frameworks for security automation for all organizational applications for all groups of end-users. Continuously deliver value to the customers with integrated security for products, while ensuring all products meet organizational culture and global best practices requirements for security. Have a solid background in programming and proficient using programming languages such as Java, Python,C, Node, and so on. May have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, IT, or any other related technical fields. Have at least 7 years’ experience managing a team and 11 + years of experience as a DevSecOps leader. Capable of thinking outside the box and proffer lasting solutions to security issues. Able to devote absolute attention to detail and have eyes for best solutions when presented with a myriad of options. Familiar with open source systems and packages such as Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Bitbucket, and Clustering. Implement DevSecOps initiatives to help ensure organizational goals of absolute security and efficiency. Monitor and observe potential defects in software security implementation and immediately provide solutions to them. Familiar with the methodologies of DevSecOps and carry out performance and quality testing from time to time. Possess good communication skills with the ability to train personnel and organizational leaders on the importance of DevSecOps capabilities to organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Have valid TS/SCI clearance and can be trusted with confidential information. Professional and ensure vision alignment with the organization’s goals. Report to the Senior DevSecOps Leader.
