Agile Software Developer I, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate maintains existing organization software and modifies software whenever necessary under the supervision of the Senior Agile Developer and with proper adherence to Agile principles. Maintain and upgrade company systems as needed. Write and implement code; and work with other developers in the design and development of new company software. Gather and evaluate feedback from the users of the company software products to ensure continuous improvement. Train users on the proper use of Company software. May have a Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Computer Science, Software engineering, or any other related field. May have between 2to 5 years of experience in this field with prior experience of working in a software development team. Have a good understanding of several programming languages and be proficient in at least one of the following; Python, JavaScript, PERL, Java, C++, and C. Familiar with Agile principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficient in the use of Relational Database Management Systems like MySQL and SQL and frameworks like Django, Angular, React, Node.js, CherryPy, Laravel, etc. Possess the ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly. Capable of simplifying complex procedures according to feedbacks gotten from users and customers. May have full understanding of how operating systems work and computer architecture to resolve any technical problems that arises. Possess a positive mind-set when dealing with problems and presenting possible solutions. Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Have great communication skills and inquisitive when learning new things. Possess analytical mind for solving problems and a good team player that work towards gaining valuable experience from superiors. View problems from a the big-picture perspective and handle projects using Agile methodology. Flexible in thought and ready to adapt to new changes while solving problems. Ensure that all software was debugged prior to deployment and that they stayed free of bugs after deployment. Report directly to the Senior Agile Software Developer.
