Agile Software Developer III, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate is responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing organization software. Direct, test, and evaluate procedures for the development of new software and application systems using Agile methodologies. Work with other developers in ensuring that efficient codes were written for building new software and for modifying existing software or in improving software performance. Maintain close relations with other developers, designers, system analysts, and business analysts while upgrading or developing software. Develop a procedure for quality assurance of software products to improve customer satisfaction. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, ICT, or any other related field. Familiar with software development life cycle and ensure every phase follows global best practices. Have a minimum of 11 years of experience in this field with prior experience of working in a software development team. Proven to be a versatile programmer with a good understanding of several programming languages, including but not limited to Python, C++, Ruby, and Perl. Have demonstrable knowledge of database development languages like SQL and MySQL. Familiar with Agile ceremonies, agile tools (JIRA and Compiler), and adhere to Agile principles and methodologies. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and capable of identifying and solving difficult problems. Creative and enthusiastic about computer systems and programming. Mentally and physically capable of staring at computer screens for extended periods and able to sit at a spot for a long time. Have excellent interpersonal and social skills. Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Fast-thinking, innovative, and work with deadlines. Have experience using tools like Scrum for software development. Ensure that all software was debugged prior to deployment and that they stayed free of bugs after deployment. Provide guidance to subordinates on the job and report directly to the Senior Agile Software Developer.
