Senior Release Train Leader, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate acts as the servant leader of the Agile Release Train (ART) team, ensuring that the processes involved are well facilitated. Will escalate impediments, engage in the management of risk, and drive the growth of the organization by creating and delivering value. Provides support and ensures projects are carried out smoothly by the Agile Release Trains. Interact with the shareholders, working hand in hand with them and ensuring there is non-stop development in the workplace. Ensure that there is the creation of a conducive atmosphere for the workers to thrive and deliver to optimum capacity with the aim of achieving the organization’s objectives. Have a SAFe Release Train Leader certification, and may have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information technology, or any other related field. Have 15 + years of experience as a Senior Release Train Leader. Possess Project management certification and at least 2 years of experience serving as a project manager. Have Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SPC4, KCP, and so on. Possess full knowledge of Agile budgeting and metrics and the Scale-Agile Framework. Possess high level of emotional intelligence to effectively manage the team and ensure the delivery of quality products. Analytical and organized, draw a framework analyzing the performance of the team and showing how they can improve going into the future. Have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, and an Agile mind-set. Able to gear and encourage team members to give their best and produce quality results. Show interest in both personal and professional developments of the team members. Drive and recommend innovations and improvements in workplace conditions. Must understand the Lean User Experience and incorporate it into the workplace. Serve as a teacher and mentor, giving people training and facilitating a robust lean-agile transformation. Report to the Senior Program Manager.
