Ensure that the best technologies are installed in other departments to attain optimum security performance. Work with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure newly introduced technology passed security tests before being put to use. Work with the CISO to identify and eliminate potential security breaches. May have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ICT, or any other related field. May have at least 15 years of experience in information technology, project management, customer interaction, risk assessment and management, Master Data Strategy, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms (DBMS, Netsuite, GIS), business leadership/administration, and so on. Possess the knowledge of information security software development and deployment. Blast of a superb written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills. Build solid relationships with the other top executives and clients, ensuring that they see the benefits of the integration of information technology. Lead, mentor, and train lower-level information security associates in the organization. Proven to be a good talent manager. Analyze and assess the costs and benefits of the organization’s information and technology systems and identify room for improvements. Set the objectives of the IT systems and how they can best boost organization’s growth. Prepare the budget of the IT department. Reports to the CEO.
