Test a variety of computer programs and measure their performance using advanced tools, as well as creating documents based on their findings and integrating application components. Recommend changes to improve systems, analyze business needs, and write technical specifications for use by other analysts. Application systems analysts / programmers create initiatives to simplify processes and follow up after the testing phase. Have degrees in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, information technology or any other relevant certification. IT Consultant is proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Epic Systems, My SQL, JQuery, SQL, Project Management, Windows Operating System, Microsoft SQL Server, and so on. Proficient in programming languages such as HTML 5, C, C++, Java Script, BASIC, COBOL, CSS, FORTRAN, LaTex, Perl, Python, Golang, Ruby, Node JS, and so on. Develop system specifications and decision flows in the form of flow charts or equivalent technologies that suit organizational needs. Has strong working knowledge of computer products and carry out evaluations using the technical environment of the situation. Has excellent oral and written communication skills that help us foster a good relationship with our clients and to fully understand our tasks and responsibilities. Demonstrate critical thinking skills regarding system issues. Have the ability to develop system configuration or modifications from detailed specifications. Formulate and define the scope and objectives of systems through research to develop or modify complex information systems. IT Consultant conducts product design and development work for highly complex to medium tasks, prepare detailed specifications through which programs will be written and also act as a liaison between clients to assist in the implementation of program changes, updates, patches, and other system fixes. Work on multiple projects as a team member to analyze and troubleshoot complex software problems and provide solutions to overcome these problems with the latest technologies, designs, codes, tests, error correction, documentation, and maintains those programs.
